As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service and support to our customers via phone, VC and email
- Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned key accounts
- Ensure CRM systems are up to date and accurate
- Resolve customer service issues efficiently and professionally
- Assist group sales managers in following up on new business leads
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar sales or customer support role
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A business-related degree is an advantage but not required
- Experience in logistics/transport is helpful, however full training is provided
